Ionflight was born from the idea that service and value for money can be provided at a higher level than our competition. We are a team of ex-Thermo Electron engineers that were once the backbone of the ICP-MS service department. We have over 50 years of combined experience working with these instruments so there is little that we haven't seen. Our business model of having a support workshop helps us eliminate questionable parts and provides a good training for our staff to fault find at component level.
