Despite Ionflight’s best efforts there will be occasions when a problem will occur. Ionflight asks that you give us the opportunity to correct the problem within the extent of our policies.
No Hassle Return. Within the first 14 days of receiving your item, you may return it for ANY REASON for an exchange.
30-Day Warranty. Ionflight will gladly exchange defective items. Warranty period begins from the date you receive the item.
Return Authorization. Please send an email to sales@Ionflight.com within the 30-day warranty period for exchange of your defective item. Ionflight will reply back to your email with instructions for sending back your item. Items returned without contacting Ionflight will not be accepted
