SERVICE CONTRACTS If you want the best service that IONFLIGHT has to offer then we suggest that you obtain one of our contracts. These can be tailored to meet your specific needs and budget and are available on the PQ range of ICPMS. Whether it is just a simple technical support contract or a fully loaded comprehensive contract, you will receive the best service available. We have the skills, the tools and the commitment to make your contract, and your association with us especially successful. All contracts come with unparalleled technical support available via the telephone and remote access (TechConnect). You will be given the emergency technical support pager number for our covering engineer and the mobile phone number of the manager. You will get a prompt response. If you require on site service we will dispatch the first available engineer along with the parts that our technical support staff has deemed necessary to get you back up and running in the shortest amount of time. Once your instrument has been repaired you will be presented test data showing its proper performance and which will correlate with the pre-contract data that IONFLIGHT will collect. A Preventive Maintenance visit is a necessity because your instrument does require routine cleaning and re-calibration. These visits are too often overlooked and at times not completed properly. This can ultimately lead to further down time because problems that manifest themselves over time cannot be identified and dealt with. With IONFLIGHT you will get your PM 6 months into your contract which will be completed thoroughly with pre and post visit test data. PARTS IONFLIGHT has gone to great lengths to be able to provide guaranteed parts for your instrument. We have a large inventory of spares for all of the VG/Thermo manufactured ICPMS and in most cases we can provide them at a discount. In cases where the part is now obsolete we have found proven alternatives. We have a straight exchange program for almost all of the major components. Consumable parts will be available at a later time and will be priced very competitively. UPGRADES A great aspect of the PlasmaQuad product line is the ability to upgrade to some of the new features that are found on later models. IONFLIGHT is able to supply most of these upgrades so that you can keep abreast with the changing technology and expand your analytical capabilities. INSTRUMENT SALES From time to time IONFLIGHT has second hand instruments available for sale. These will be completely refurbished and tested to the original specification.
