Technical Support Good technical support saves you both time and money, so is an essential tool when dealing with service-related issues.
Technical Support is provided free of charge during the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm EST, Monday through Friday. We will be able to answer all of your service-related technical questions and give you sound advice.
Alternatively, for a small annual fee we can provide a Tech Support contract which is a more in-depth service including remote diagnostic analysis, component-level repair guidance and applications support. 
On-Site Service
Should the Technical Support process not resolve your issue, an on-site service visit will be conducted by one of our instrument experts. Whether you're domestic or international customer, our service will be provided in a prompt and professional manner using guaranteed parts. Our hourly rates and part prices are very competitive.

Bench Repair
If our technical support team locate the fault to a specific component, then our bench repair service is a great, cost-effective way to get you back up and running. Your part will be diagnosed, repaired, and upgraded (should that be necessary). Our workshop is fully equipped to soak test all of the parts that are processed.
If your software becomes unstable, or the PC running it is either outdated or simply fails, we can help. We provide a computer rebuild service that can reformat and reprogram your existing system, or upgrade your PC to the latest market specifications. Please call for further details.

Training
We provide on-site basic operator training, applications training, or more in-depth technical training. Prices will be available upon request.
